WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?
For custom sets, your order will include molding putty, dental trays, instructions, and packaging with a prepaid return label. Once you’ve completed the impressions, simply send them back to us using the provided packaging and prepaid label.

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
All orders are shipped via USPS on business days only. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please note that we cannot begin processing your order until your first payment has cleared for impressions shipping.

Molds will typically arrive within 2-3 business days. The turnaround time for Grillz production is 2-3 weeks.
