We ship your order within 3 days from receiving payment. Delivery time now ranges from 2-5 days depending on your location.

Allow 1-3 business days for handling on all orders that are NOT training kits
Allow 3-5 business days for handling on all training kits.

When purchasing our kits bundle deal please note that your order may be shipped in 2-3 separate shipments. This is to prevent anything from breaking during shipment.

ex. When purchasing our kit bundle deal NOT including both professional LED lamps your order will be shipped in 2 separate shipments.

ex. When purchasing our kit bundle deal including both professional LED lamps your order will be shipped in 3 separate shipments.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. It is your responsibility to regularly check your tracking number. Once Item Is in possession of shipping facility, it is no longer our responsibility of shipment.

If you have any concerns with your shipment please contact the carrier of your shipment for information. Please understand that EvesLuxuryBar cannot do anything towards your concerns about shipment once order is in possession of carrier/shipping facility. 

International

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees. EvesLuxuryBar cannot control and is not responsible for any duties and or taxes applied to your shipment. As an importer you will be responsible for paying all charges for customs clearance. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

We will supply all necessary documentation for a speedy clearance. If your customs require additional information, please forward any inquiry to us.
