Q:How long does it take for a grill order to arrive from the lab?

A: 2-3 week turnaround time (includes processing, creation, & shipping)

Q: What if customers grill do NOT fit? Do we have to pay to get it resized by the jeweler?

A: Jeweler accepts fixing any Grillz that do not fit properly on client, free of charge.

Q: What’s the process of Grillz “retail” business?

A: 1. Get customers custom grill request (fill out order form)
2. Take clients Impression (clients mold for grill making)  
3. Ship out both order form and impression to jeweler  
4. Wait 2-3 week for jeweler to complete lab work on grill  
5. Receive completed grill in mail 

Q: Is certification included 

A: Yes, However, certification is optional. Students have the choice to receive certification, but it is not required for this business since no lab work is personally performed.

Q: Do we pay the jeweler for lab work? If so do we profit?

A: A set price is paid to the jeweler. You will receive a wholesale gold price list that shows exactly what you’ll pay the jeweler. You will also receive a retail price list that includes built-in profit margins to help you start charging your clients until you decide to adjust prices. 
You also have the option to create your own price list. This allows you to set your own profit margins and decide how much you would like to earn from each order.
