Any Missing items must be reported to EvesLuxuryBar@gmail.com within 48 hours from receiving the shipment.
• All Orders Go Out Insured & signature requiredvia USPS
• Any Lost or Damaged Packages must be reported to the USPS insurance claim dept online within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.
Training kits, We do not refund due to payment paid goes straight towards kit supplies and shipping. We also don’t accept refund due to "change of mind" or "accidental purchase". We have worked extremely hard for each course we have created and provided for our students. All Training files are an instant access once the kit has been purchased which is why we have policies in place. These policies are not hidden.
Shipping Costs are Non Refundable, You Are responsible for all shipping costs.
